Brent Steen (born 1974, Dallas, TX) recieved a BFA from the University of North Texas (1998) and an MFA from the University of Houston (2001). Steen has exhibited nationally, including at Inman Gallery (2015, 2010, and 2009); Churner & Churner, Gramercy Park Hotel, New York, NY (2011); and 106 Green, Brooklyn, NY (2009). From 2001–2003 he was a Core Artist-in-Residence at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and in 2003 he was the recipient of an Artadia Individual Artist Grant. His work is in the public collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
Steen lives and works in New York, NY.
